By accessing or using PhotoFood.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Commercial Rights

You own the assets you create.Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, CTER Industry CO., LTD. grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute the images generated by the Service for any commercial purpose (e.g., menus, UberEats listings, marketing materials).

3. Subscription & Credits

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Unused credits in a "Pay As You Go" plan do not expire, usage is subject to platform availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTER Industry CO., LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
